How do the interactive PDFs work?

mDecks PDFs are designed for practice: clear navigation, embedded links, and quick access to lesson demos so you can learn by playing.

  • Tap/click inside the PDF to jump to sections fast.
  • Open lesson clips and demos directly from the PDF (when supported by your PDF reader).
  • Use it like a “practice dashboard”: less searching, more playing.

How does the purchase process work?

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Checkout securely.
  3. You’ll see a confirmation page after payment.
  4. You’ll also receive an email with your purchase confirmation and access instructions.

Where are my downloads?

Your purchases live in your Downloads Portal.

  • If you’re logged in: go to Downloads.
  • If you checked out as a guest: use the link in your email to access your items, then claim them to an account if you want.

I didn’t receive the email

  • Check Spam / Promotions.
  • Confirm the email you used at checkout.
  • If it’s been more than a few minutes, contact us and include your PayPal receipt email (or transaction ID).

Can I download again later?

Yes — the Downloads Portal is designed for re-downloads any time. The email link is just for convenience.

What do I need to use the interactive features?

Most features work anywhere PDFs are supported. Some interactive elements (like embedded video links) depend on your PDF reader/app. If something doesn’t open, try a different PDF reader or open the linked content in your browser.
