Select the operating system for you iTunes LIbrary to get the correct instructions:

 

Instructions for Windows

1. Find the Plain Text, you've just exported Fom iTunes, in your harddrive.
2. Right+Click on the File menu and select:
 Send To: Compressed (zip) folder
