Exporting your duplicate tracks step by step:
Select the operating system for you iTunes LIbrary to get the correct instructions:
Windows Mac OS X

Instructions for Windows

1. Open Itunes (make sure you are viewing your library)
2. Shfit+Click on the File menu and choose Show Exact Duplicates
3. Select all the tracks in the list (Ctrl+A)
4. Click on New Playlist from Selection in the File menu (Ctrl+Shift+N)
5. Right Click on the playlist's Name and choose Export..(as text)

(Do the following step only if you'll be using the mDelDupFile Lite version. Your exported files is less than 1.5 mb)
6. Find the file in your hardrive, open it with Notepad and Save As... choosing Encoding: ANSI (in the save as popup). Accept Replacing the old file. (A warning might appear saying the Unicode format will be lost, just click OK).
